Introduction

Lodge Manager Demo ("the App") is developed and maintained by Sugow Technologies LLP, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This privacy policy explains how the App handles data.

Data Collection and Storage

The App operates completely offline. All data is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers.

• Guest information (name, phone, ID proof, photos) — stored only on the device's local database
• Booking and billing data — stored only on the device's local database
• Camera — used to capture guest ID proof and guest photos; images are stored locally on the device only
• Bluetooth — used solely to connect to thermal receipt printers for printing bills and invoices
• Photos/Media — used to store and retrieve guest ID and room photos from device storage

No data is sent to the internet, cloud services, or any third-party servers.

No Internet Requirement

The App does not require an internet connection to function. It does not make any network calls, API requests, or background data transfers.

No Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no ads in the App.

No Account Creation

The App uses a local PIN-based access system. No email, phone number, or online account is required to use the App.

Data Deletion

All data can be deleted by:

• Using the "Reset Demo" option in the App's Settings screen
• Clearing the App's data from Android Settings
• Uninstalling the App

Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App permanently removes all data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. It is a business tool designed for lodge and hotel management.
